Muskrat is continuing to support the BORG utility (for ver 3.08) Shrubber started.
    it's now finalized, and easier to use on W98, W2k, and Wxp
    Jono has a backup copy for ver 3.03, should you prefer.

December of 2002, we adopted a new color coding system for the table above.
    sample    meaning, use, and general range of numbers
    -------    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
    red!        something really tragic, loss of members, etc    (negative numbers)
    yellow    bad, but not quite tragic.                                      zero to 3000
    white       not impressive, common, slightly disappointing     3000 to 4000
    green      good, within expectations                                    over  4000
    blue        better, above expectations                                   over  4500
    purple     totally unexpected, out of the park !                    over  5000

As time goes on, and team production rises (hint) the number range may be adjusted.
    It's currently chosen to accentuate the day to day fluctuations in production.
